NESS Wärmetechnik

NESS Wärmetechnik has engineered industrial process-heat systems for over half a century, founded in 1964 by Eduard Ness in Remshalden near Stuttgart, Germany. The line centers on thermal oil (hot-oil) systems and extends to fired heaters, electric heaters, steam and hot-water systems, secondary circuits, heat-recovery and heat-exchanger systems, and the piping that connects them.

We source NESS systems, components, and spares for plants that run on process heat. A thermal oil system delivers high, precisely controlled temperatures at low pressure, the reason it's favored for presses, laminating lines, and process vessels where steam would demand far higher pressure for the same heat.

Beyond the heaters themselves, NESS supplies the supporting hardware that keeps a hot-oil plant safe and efficient, including secondary circuits, heat recovery, and its NESSessities line of sample coolers, fine-filter stations, and monitoring equipment. That lets a single supplier cover both the heat source and the balance of the system.
