What We Collect

• What you send us: your name, company, email, phone number, the part or manufacturer you are asking about, your message, and any photographs or drawings you attach.
• How you reached us: the pages you landed on and submitted from, the referring site, and any advertising or campaign parameters your browser carried.
• Standard technical information: your IP address, the general location derived from it, and the analytics identifiers set in your browser, which we store alongside your inquiry.

How We Use It

To answer your inquiry, quote and supply the part, keep your customer record accurate, and measure which advertising produces business.

Who Else Sees It

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the service providers that run our business: website hosting, our database, the service that emails your inquiry to us, our accounting system, and the analytics and advertising services we use to measure which advertising works. They act on our instructions. Where an inquiry is matched to an advertisement, what those services receive is limited to scrambled contact details for that purpose, never your message, your attachments, or what you ordered. We will also disclose information where the law requires it, and to a buyer if the business is sold.

Analytics and advertising services set cookies on this site to measure traffic and advertising performance. You can block or delete them in your browser; nothing on this site depends on them.

Keeping and Deleting

We keep inquiries and the records around them for as long as the commercial relationship may need them, which for industrial parts is often years. Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it, and we will do it within 30 days.
