AVENTICS—industrial equipment

AVENTICS builds the pneumatic hardware that moves and controls machinery, including directional valves and valve systems, ISO and profile cylinders, air preparation units, and the fittings and sensors that tie a compressed-air circuit together. The line traces back to Bosch Rexroth Pneumatics, was spun off and sold to investor Triton in 2013, rebranded as AVENTICS in 2014, and has been part of Emerson since 2018.

We source and stock the AVENTICS program, including the Series AV, L1, and 500/501/502 valve systems, Series A, PRA, and ITS cylinders, air preparation from the AS series, and the pressure and position sensors that make the system IoT-ready. Whether you're building a new machine or replacing a discontinued Rexroth-era part, we can match the component.

AVENTICS serves demanding sectors, including factory automation, food and beverage, life sciences, commercial vehicles, and railway, with cylinders and valves rated for washdown, marine, and rolling-stock duty. That breadth means one brand can cover most of a machine's pneumatic bill of material.

Send us the AVENTICS or legacy Rexroth Pneumatics part number, or your bore, stroke, and valve function, and we'll quote the current equivalent.

Typical Applications

  • Machine motion and actuation
  • Valve manifold and control
  • Compressed-air preparation
