LAS Lean Assembly Systems

LAS Lean Assembly Systems builds the machines that feed, assemble, and inspect parts in automated production, special-purpose machines designed around a specific product, plus the feeding-system components that supply them, including vibratory bowl feeders, linear rails and conveyors, storage hoppers, and the high-performance drives that run them. We source LAS systems and feeder components for manufacturers automating a line. LAS builds both complete bowl feeders and the separate feeder drives and conveyor attachments, with sensor-controlled drives that hold optimal conveying capacity regardless of load, the kind of detail that keeps a feeder from starving or jamming a downstream station.
