We supply Lenze drives and automation across the full stack, including frequency inverters, servo drives, geared motors and three-phase motors, controllers and control panels, and the engineering software that ties them together. Lenze is a German motion-control manufacturer, and we bring the line to North American machine builders and maintenance teams that need matched drive-and-motor packages rather than mixed-brand assemblies.

The inverter range centers on the i-series, including the i550 in cabinet, decentralized wall/motor-mount, and higher-protection variants, spanning fractional-kW through the low-hundreds of kW. These inverters carry Safe Torque Off, PID control, flying restart, S-ramp profiling and DC-bus connection, which makes them suitable for conveyors, hoists, extruders, packaging machines, pumps, and fans. On the motion side we source servo inverters and servo motors for coordinated multi-axis machines.

Mechanically, Lenze geared motors and gearboxes cover helical, helical-bevel, helical-worm and planetary reducers matched to the drive electronics, so torque, ratio, and mounting are engineered as one package. Controllers, HMIs and the FAST application software let a machine builder deploy proven motion function blocks instead of building control from scratch.

Because Lenze is an application-engineered line, we work from the machine requirement backward, weighing duty cycle, torque and speed range, feedback, protection class, and network. That lets us quote a complete Lenze drive train, and keep the common inverter frames and geared-motor sizes moving so a failed drive or reducer does not shut a line down waiting on a special-order lead time.
