Request a QuoteWe source and support KRAFT machinery from G. KRAFT Maschinenbau GmbH, the German, family-run builder (roughly six generations and two centuries of manufacturing) that specializes in high-end double-end tenoners for the board, XPL, and flooring industries. The double-end tenoner (Doppelendprofiler) is the heart of the line. It profiles both edges of a workpiece simultaneously for precise length- and cross-processing of solid wood, panel, and composite parts.
KRAFT builds its machines around a modular kit system, using the same components across all types and sizes, where the number of working units defines the machine length and column count. That means a line can be configured tightly to your parts and later extended without a bespoke redesign. We can spec the standard double-chain machine, the narrow two-track chain machine that runs planks down to about 115 mm as well as wide parts on the same machine, or the belt machine for feed speeds up to 350 m/min.
Beyond the tenoner, we supply and integrate the surrounding line, including gantry feeding and transfer systems, conveyor and handling technology, dividing and cross-cut sawing, 5-axis milling, storage, assembly, and packaging stations. KRAFT lines are common in high-volume flooring and door plants where uptime and part-to-part consistency drive the economics, so the engineering priority is high feed rates with repeatable results.
As the North American partner, we stock and supply KRAFT spare parts, wear components and tooling, and we coordinate machine selection, delivery, and commissioning. We work as a sourcing and support partner rather than a shelf-stock warehouse, keeping installed KRAFT equipment productive with fast access to the right consumables and replacement units.

5-Axle Milling Technology
Kraft 5-axis milling technology machines shaped and contoured wood and panel parts in a single setup, reaching complex geometries that fixed-axis machines cannot.
Details & quote
Assembly
Kraft assembly stations join and finish machined components into completed products within the production flow, such as door leaves or panel assemblies.
Details & quote
Automation
Kraft automation ties feeding, handling, transfer, and process stations into a coordinated, high-throughput system with integrated control.
Details & quote
Conveyor Systems
Kraft conveyor systems move workpieces between processing stations at line speed, using chain, roller, and transfer technology matched to the material and cadence.
Details & quote
Doors & Frames
Kraft doors-and-frames machinery processes door leaves and frame components with the sizing, profiling, and machining that door production requires.
Details & quote
Double-End Tenoner
The Kraft double-end tenoner profiles both edges of a workpiece simultaneously for longitudinal and cross processing, sizing and shaping in a single pass.
Details & quote
Gantry Systems
Kraft gantry systems feed and transfer workpieces into and between stations, including tandem gantry feeding for high cycle rates.
Details & quote
Packaging
Kraft packaging stations stack, bundle, and package finished workpieces at the end of the line, protecting product and preparing it for shipment.
Details & quote
Production Lines
Kraft production lines interlink feeding, sawing, tenoning, milling, handling, storage, and packaging into a single coordinated system for high-volume output.
Details & quote
Storage
Kraft storage systems buffer and store workpieces and stock within the production flow, decoupling machine cycles so upstream and downstream stations run.

SynchroPress
The Kraft synchropress applies synchronized, controlled pressing within the production flow for joining, laminating, or forming operations that require even, timed.
Details & quoteTypical Applications
- Double-end profiling and sizing of laminate and engineered flooring planks
- Length- and cross-processing of door and frame components
- Edge processing of furniture panels and board/XPL products
- Running both narrow (down to ~115 mm) and wide parts on a single two-track machine
- Complete interlinked lines with gantry feeding, sawing and tenoning
- Automated conveying, storage, handling and packaging of finished workpieces

Kraft: Common Questions
It profiles both edges of a workpiece at the same time, giving precise length- and cross-processing of flooring planks, door components, and panel parts. Because both sides are machined in one pass, you get high throughput with tight part-to-part consistency.
It depends on the configuration. The belt machine reaches feed speeds up to 350 m/min, while chain-transport machines run up to roughly 180 m/min. We help match the machine type to your part mix and target output.
Yes. The narrow two-track chain machine processes planks down to about 115 mm as well as wide workpieces on the same machine, which avoids extensive tool changeovers and one-off special solutions.
