Turck Fieldbus I/O

Fieldbus and IO-Link modules collapse the wiring between the sensor layer and the controller. Instead of running every signal back to a cabinet, a block gathers I/O at the machine and carries it over one network cable, which cuts both installation labor and the number of terminations that can fail.

IO-Link adds parameter and diagnostic data on the same connection, so a replaced sensor can be configured automatically from the controller rather than set by hand on the machine.
