Since 1946, RÄDER-VOGEL® have been producing wheels and castors. These products - often special products to solve customer specific problems - proved to be of superior quality in industrial applications.
They are one of the leading manufacturers of VULKOLLAN® wheels and castors in the world. Strict checks in all stages of production and intensive product testing under arduous conditions guarantee the high quality of their products now and in the future.
Due to latest metal working and polyamide processing machines, one of the most efficient TRACTOTHAN®/ VULKOLLAN®/ TRACTOPUR®/ PEVOPUR® productions, as well as a store with 4,300 pallet and compartmental storage locations the requested products are available at once and can be supplied in time.
All departments are supported by electronic data processing. Besides the economical production in big series, RÄDER-VOGEL® deliberately keep up the possibility to produce small lots and even unique products to enable them to solve specific problems in project groups made up of specialists of several departments. Their technical know-how, as well as the efforts of their 300 employees, can solve your current and future transportation problems.

We are one of the leading manufacturers of wheels and rollers for narrow aisle and industrial trucks. TRACTOTHAN® has been developed by us especially for this field of application.
VULKOLLAN® wheels for industrial trucks

Roller conveyors flanged wheels
We produce complete roller conveyors for different fields of application and customer-specific components for special applications: rollers made of PE·VO·LON®, rollers with plastic ends and rollers made of steel tubes.
PEVOLASTIC® wheels
PEVOLASTIC® wheels (standard diameters from 100 - 300 mm and load capacities from 150 to 1.100 kg) consist of a PE·VO·LON® center with a mechanically fixed tread of thermoplastic polyurethane.
Stainless steel castors
Stainless steel (RV-INOX) swivel and fixed castors meet the requirements in damp and wet atmospheres and, therefore, belong to the top products whenever corrosion resistance is required.
Wheels for corrision-resistant transportation equipment
Whenever corrosion resistance is required, we recommend PE·VO·LON®-, PEVOTHAN®- or PEVOLASTIC®-wheels.

PEVOTHAN® wheels (diameter 50 to 200 mm, load capacity up to 400 kg) are non-marking, maintenance-free as well as odor and tasteless.

PEVOPUR® - wheels
PEVOPUR® is a high quality polyurethane elastomer, having good chemical and physical properties and being well tried for wheel treads up to a speed of 6 km/h.
Wheels at 80° and 85° Shore A
TRACTOTHAN®, TRACTOPUR® and VULKOLLAN® wheels in lower Shore hardness are used whenever damping for noise reduction and an amelioration of the driving comfort play an important role.
