We source and support Ernst machinery in the U.S., built by Paul Ernst Maschinenfabrik GmbH of Eschelbronn, Germany, operated as an independent company within the Wintersteiger group since 2015. Ernst is a German manufacturer with roughly 70% export share and more than 5,000 machines built, and it is the technology leader in plate and sheet-metal deburring. That is the heart of the line, alongside a well-known range of wide-belt sanders for wood.

On the metal side we supply Ernst deburring machines (the Atlas, Neptun, Pluto, and Triton series) for deburring, edge and corner rounding, and oxide or slag removal on laser-, punch-, plasma-, and flame-cut parts. Atlas is the modular dry deburring machine; Neptun is the wet line that deburrs, rounds edges, removes oxide, grinds, then cleans and dries in one pass. Their modular design combines sanding and grinding rollers, brush rollers, cross-belt units, and spin/rotor modules for 360-degree finishing so the machine matches the part and the finish you need.

For woodworking, we supply Ernst wide-belt sanders and brushing machines used for calibrating panels to uniform thickness, lacquer and intermediate sanding between coats, grain and surface texturing, and brush-based structuring and cleaning. Whether the substrate is steel or wood, Ernst equipment is built to deliver a clean, uniform, defect-free surface to the next coating or assembly stage.
