Request a QuoteThe Evomat 05 cleans blanks, tailored blanks, molded blanks, and aluminum blanks before they feed into a press line. Its linear brush contact area is flexibly bedded on a pneumatically regulated pressure buffer so the filaments always touch the surface vertically without overbending, holding consistent wiping pressure.
A self-cleaning unit separates particles and lubricant from the filaments mechanically and pneumatically, with heated walls to liquefy hot-melt lubricants for clean collection.
