The Cevomat is a self-cleaning metal-strip cleaning system that removes contamination from steel, stainless, aluminum, and non-ferrous coil from both top and bottom. It uses a Sword Brush configuration with height adjustment inside a protective frame, with flexible pressure buffers that adapt to wavy strip.
A pneumatic quick-adjust lifts the brushes off the strip instantly if a crash is detected, protecting the brushes and the material.
