Rapha-System
Rapha-System Membranes
Rapha silicone and natural-rubber press membranes for foil and veneer membrane presses, the elastomer pressing surface and its highest-wear consumable.

Rapha-System (Wang, Austria) makes the elastomer membranes that form the pressing surface in membrane presses used to laminate 3D thermoplastic (hard-PVC) furniture films and veneers. The membrane is the highest-wear part of the line, so we hold replacement stock and match it to your exact press.
Silicone grades (MS1/MS2) run up to about 200 °C (MS2 in 168 cm and 200 cm widths at 3 mm), while natural-rubber grades (MNK1/MNK2) are rated to about 130 °C, with MNK2 in 170/200 cm widths at 2.5 mm (vacuum-only) or 4 mm. We also supply Rapha protection covers that pre-heat foil evenly to prevent wrinkles and gloss defects.
