Request a QuoteA contour edgebander applies edge material to shaped parts rather than straight panels, following the curve of an arched door, a radiused worktop or a profiled component. The machine has to keep pressure normal to a surface whose angle changes continuously, which is what makes it different from a throughfeed bander.
The wear items follow from that: pressure rollers and shoes that track the contour, glue application components, and the trimming and scraping tooling that finishes the edge. All are consumables with predictable lives.
