END-Armaturen Actuators: Common Questions
Both ways. Stand-alone pneumatic and electric actuators, or fitted and matched to the valve as a ready-to-install assembly.
The valve it drives, the supply pressure or voltage, the torque required, and the fail position you need on loss of power or air.
Spring-return drives the valve to a defined safe position when power or air is lost; double-acting holds wherever it was. The process decides which is safe.
