Request a QuoteThe glue pot is the part of an edgebander that decides adhesion. It has to hold EVA or PUR at a stable temperature and meter a consistent film onto the panel edge; when the heating element ages or the application roller wears, the glue line goes thin or ropey and edges start lifting in service.
PUR pots need particular care, because cured adhesive is not simply reheated out. We supply Brandt glue pots and the parts around them, including application rollers, heating elements, thermostats and sensors, and the seals and cleaning consumables that keep a pot serviceable.
