Siempelkamp Press Cylinder Seal Kits

A continuous or multi-daylight press works through large-bore hydraulic cylinders that hold pressure at temperature for years. Their seals harden and lose section gradually, so the press does not fail so much as drift, showing up as slow pressure decay and uneven板 thickness across the platen.

This is planned work, not emergency work. A cylinder seal kit is a scheduled shutdown item, and it is worth having the right kit on the shelf before the outage rather than discovering the bore size mid-strip.

Send the cylinder designation and bore diameter, or the Siempelkamp part number, together with the press type and operating temperature. We quote against the OEM specification.
