The MGB2 system is the modular version of EUCHNER's multifunctional gate box, achieving Category 4 / PL e for all safety functions to EN ISO 13849-1, with a locking force of 2000 N and IP65 protection. Bus modules integrate the unit directly into PROFINET/PROFIsafe, and the escape release, which lets someone trapped inside a cell open the guard from within, can be retrofitted at any time.
