Costa Brush Units

Brush units do the work that abrasive belts cannot: deburring edges, breaking arrises, cleaning structured and profiled surfaces, and removing dust before finishing. On a structured or embossed panel, a brush follows the profile where a flat platen simply flattens it.

Brush selection is a materials question. Filament type and grit, brush density and rotation speed decide whether the unit deburrs, cleans or textures, and running the wrong filament simply polishes without cutting.
