The Ecotop is a glue spreading machine to apply glue to veneers in plywood/LVL manufacturing, moulded door skins, panels, etc., using a pouring process and employing all conventional glue mixtures.

The glue spreading is effectively contact free on the top of the work pieces as they pass through.

As a result, a series of interesting
possibilities are available to the user,
including:

  • Gluing of undulating or moulded
    workpieces.
  • Gluing of workpieces of varying
    thickness without having
    to adjust the glue spreader.
  • High Rates of Feed
  • Lamellar Glue Spreading in
    specified segments.
