The company Paul Ernst Maschinenfabrik GmbH is a mid range, family owned german machine-tool supplier with 60 employees and an Export rate of over 70%.

We produce machines for the surface treatment of Wood and metal for companies of all ranges.

Wood:

Our core competence is the design and engineering as well as the assembly and distribution of sanding machines for sanding of solid Wood, veneered panels and for the intermediate laquer sanding. Further more, ERNST builds brushing machines for the cleaning of membrane pressed, laminated doors and for rustical brushing if solid Wood.

Metal:

In the metal department we produce deburring equipment for sheet metal and heavy plate, for finishing and edge-treatment (rounding as well as removing oxide layers) Of punched, laser-cut, plasma cut and oxyfuel parts.

All together ERNST has built over 5000 machines, running worldwide.
